I’ll never forget the time I got to play golf at night.

It’s actually a big thing down in Texas during the summer because of the stifling 100+ degree days. It’s so refreshing to get to take part in the sport you love while most of the rest of the world is asleep.

Need help finding a golf course that’s open at night? Check out our guide that gives you the 10 best night golf courses in the country, as well as their operating hours, playing options, and prices.

All the information below is fully verified – I called the pro shop at each of these courses to confirm the hours and details below!

1. Beacon Lakes Golf Club (Dickinson, Texas)

Beacon Lakes Golf Club

I’m giving Beacon Lakes the top spot on our list for two reasons. One, it’s the only nighttime golf course that I’ve had the privilege of playing. Two, it’s also the only full-length golf course in the US that’s lighted.

If you get the opportunity to play this course at night, tee off with clubs that you can keep straight because most of the rough is wickedly high.
